Reboot ONU In BDCOM OLT:

Hello friends today we will learn how to reboot an ONU from BDCOM OLT.Sometimes an ONU hangs while running locally or sometimes an ONU needs to be rebooted, But due to ignorance many times we can't reboot ONU from our OLT.Today we will learn how to reboot an ONU from our BDCOM OLT through commands.So without further ado let's get to the commands.



Commands:

Below is the command how to reboot an ONU from BDCOM OLT.Try as I did.First you need to login to OLT with username and password.Then you need to decide which sub interface to reboot the ONU.I have rebooted ONU of sub interface no. 10 of PON port no. 3 of my OLT.We know that EPON port has 64 sub-interfaces, it means 64 ONUs connect to one PON port.Follow below command to reboot ONU.

Conclusion:

Reboot the ONU by looking at each sub-interface. If the ONU of another sub-interface is rebooted by mistake, another ONU will be rebooted. So reboot after seeing it.
