How to easyly access vsol Epon OLT

OLT Access:

To configure any network device, first, log in to that device. Today I will show you how to log in to Vsol Epon OLT. You can access Vsol OLT in 2 ways. One is through the AUX port. Another is through the Console port. you can access olt via Telnet or web management.

Vsol EPON OLT default IP address:

Default access
IP: 192.168.8.100 or 192.168.8.200
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Username: admin
Password: Xpon@Olt9417#

Step 1:

See the image above. The easiest way to access the Vsol OLT is through the AUX Port. A Cat 6 patch cord is required to access the AUX port. You will need one side of the patch cord on your PC and another side on vsol olt AUX port. Then you need to set the IP address to the Ethernet adapter of your PC. Vsol Epon OLT Default IP Address 192.168.8.100 or 192.168.8.200 and Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0. See the picture below. In this way, the IP address should be set on the Ethernet adapter. Then ping should be done to be sure which is the olt IP address. For ping, you need to click the Windows button + R on the keyboard for Run and Type cmd then click enter. when opening the Command prompt then types ping 192.168.8.100 or 192.168.8.200. Now we can access OLT with the IP address to which you get the ping reply.

Step 2:

You can access the OLT with a console cable. See the picture above. A console cable is required to access the OLT and needs a serial to USB converter. The console cable goes into the console port on one side. The other side will go into the converter and the USB will go to the USB port of the PC. When the console physical connectivity is done, the device manager of the PC should be opened. See the image below.

Or

When we work on live and real-time devices, there are some devices that cannot normally be accessed via the console cable. Then you have to enter the speed in Serial Mode and enter 115200 to access the OLT. For those who don't understand, see the picture below.

If everything goes well your OLT will be accessed. If there is any problem to understand then comment I will support everyone. Thanks
