Step by Step Configuration:
The Internet is the system through which data is transmitted from one computer to another. Today I will show you how to connect two computers through an Ethernet LAN cable. To do this, you need to follow some steps.
Step 1:
The first step is to go to the network section of your PC. Then open "Open Network & Internet Settings."
Step 2:
The second step is to click on Ethernet. Then you have to open the "Change adapter option."
Then an interface will appear. You double-click on your Ethernet adapter."
Step 3:
Once your Ethernet adapter is open, click Properties. Here you need to select the protocol and place the IP on your ether adapter.
I have selected Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) to set the IP address. You can enter the IP address using Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP / IPv6) if you wish.
Step 4:
This is how the IP address should be entered into the first computer. You can connect and add an IP address and subnet if you want. The IP of the block given in the first computer should be entered in the second computer and the IP of the same block. If incorrect, the network will not connect. The IP address of the first computer should be known to the second computer. Once the IP address is set, click OK to exit.
Step 5:
Close IP Protocol and Open "Change advance sharing option."Some features need to be turned on here for connectivity.
You need to enable two features. The first is from the network discovery section "Turn on network discovery."The second feature is from the File and printer sharing section, "Turn on file and printer sharing." This is the work of the first computer.
Step 6:
The way the IP address was placed on the first computer. The second computer will have to put the IP precisely the opposite way.
You also need to enable 2 features on the second computer. By doing this, the connectivity of the second computer with the first computer will be completed.
Step 7:
Once the connectivity is complete you can now share any file.
Step 8:
Once the connectivity is complete, open "This PC." Then click on the network section, and you will see that all the connected computers will show up here. You can transfer any file from here.
